Monday Tim, girls and I went to get Kerrigan's social security card. Tim kept the girls in the truck and got them a snack while I was voted to go in the building. Interesting group of people to say the least at the SS office! So interesting they actually have an armed guard at the door! But I was successful.......they will mail her card in a few weeks!
We then went to the dollar tree and Walmart and filled a box of Christmas decor to send to Dayno at college!
That evening Keagan and Megan came out for dinner :) What a wonderful day!
WHAT HAVE THE CHILDREN BEEN UP TOO THIS WEEK....................
Keagan went for his MEPS physical this week for Air National guard. He passed with flying colors! He was a little worried about his weight. He was my HUGE offensive lineman on the State finals football team of 2011 and has lost right at 100 pounds now to make weight! So proud of him! He worked his tail off.... LITERALLY ;) to make the weight! He has always wanted to follow in his Papaw, Grandpa and Dads footsteps and join the military! He swears in this week! He is joining Security Forces!
He has a new sweet girlfriend!!! Megan is a cutie that has been out to our house and spent a couple evenings with Us and still likes Keagan despite us;).
AVA's antics of the week.....
She asked me what "seemful" means. I say "Sinful" she says ya. So I explained in great detail what it meant. She looked at me puzzled and said "oh I thought it meant not fancy an not as many diamonds". OHHHH. . I said "you meant Simple! ". She says ya that's what I said! :)
She was telling me this week what she wanted to be when she grows up. It's between being a teacher or a Musketeer (as in the 3 Musketeers) Tells me she thinks she will be a teacher because they get to use that cool marker and write on the white board no one else gets to;). Ohhhh to be 5 again! I love her!
Crawling everywhere, pulling up all over! And in to EVERYTHING!!! She is perfect in every way! She waves Hi and this week started blowing kisses Bye;). She lays her head on your shoulder and will say "ah ah" and we reply "Sweet baby". Now you can just ask for a "sweet baby" and she will do this...SWEET!!!
None of our other little ones would put everything in their mouths....well Kerrigan WILL! I sweep the floor everyday and she still finds lint or something to chew on! This week while changing her poopy diaper Daddy found a pink jewel!!!! Atleast it passed through! But Ava wasn't interested in having her jewel back after that;). Can't imagine why!!! Lol!
She started refusing baby food this week! She found out we aren't eating it and NOW neither is she. She will put her little hands over her mouth to refuse the bite and if you try to still give it to her she swats the spoon! Which can be messy! Soooo we are attempting to figure out what she can eat.....especially since at 10.5 months this week she finally cut her FIRST tooth!
